APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day proceeding your appointment. * same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the scheduled services price. * if you not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Your late arrival will require that i end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter today. I have reserved this time for you and only you and have other people scheduled after your time.
